Sarn Badrig Self Catering  Harlech

Sarn Badrig

The Cadbury family built Sarn Badrig as their North Wales holiday home in 1932, on a site with a view that is one of the best in the world.

The house was featured on the BBC's "Discovering Welsh Houses" and was selected for inclusion in the book of the series because of its superb location and architecture.

Both the BBC programme and the book identify the "gin and tonic seat" as an ideal place to watch the magnificent sunsets whilst the Cadbury's chocolates on the pillows are sure to please any guest with a sweet tooth.

Situated in the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales, one mile from the town of Harlech and its 13th century castle, Sarn Badrig sits on the cliffs overlooking 5kms of stunning beach and the Lleyn Peninsular with the Snowdonia mountain range as a backdrop.

Sarn Badrig has a large garden and field with access to the beach down a zig zag path leading to rock pools, sand dunes, and very safe bathing - perfect for children.
